ALL NEW CLIENTS TO THE CLINIC
We have you fill out a health history form and go over all of the details with you. If you are on any medications or if you have any additional information such as copies of test results you can bring these with you. Going through this information, asking you questions about what your current issues are as well as doing any testing that we feel necessary allows us to provide a treatment plan for your massage therapy treatments.
